Retainer Rates INCLUDE GST
By purchasing a retainer package, you can be assured that I will be available to assist you each month. In addition, you can take advantage of the following discounted hourly rates:

- Retainer fees are to be paid in advance and are due once a month
- Retainer packages require a minimum 3-month commitment.
- A maximum of 5 unused hours will be rolled over for one month only. The previous month's unused hours will only be applied after the current month's hours have been used.
- The client will be notified when retainer hours have been depleted. Work will not continue until permission is received from the client.
- If hours of service exceed hours in the client's retainer package, the client will be billed at the end of the month for additional hours using the same retainer rate. Large overages must be paid in advance.
- After the 3-month commitment has been satisfied, retainer packages may be cancelled with thirty (30) days' notice, but prepaid hours which are unused will not be refunded.
